Founding Pilot Terms

Founding Pilot is a one-time, pay-what-you-want purchase for one CycleArena account. You choose an amount in United States dollars from $5 to $100. Checkout suggests $10.

The offer remains available during Open Beta and will stop being sold when CycleArena version 1.0 launches.

Every accepted payment amount grants the same items:

• One exclusive Founding Pilot tail cosmetic.
• One permanent Founding Pilot profile badge.

Paying more is optional support for the project. It does not grant additional items, Credits, gameplay power, preferential treatment, or access to the game.

The offer is limited to one purchase per permanent account. Its items are account-bound, non-transferable, and have no cash value. You must be signed in to the account that should receive the rewards before starting Checkout.

All sales are final, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law or initiated administratively to correct a payment problem. There is no customer-facing voluntary refund program.

If a payment is refunded, reversed, or lost in a dispute, the associated supporter tail and badge may be revoked. Restoring a payment does not create a second grant. Payment-state changes are reconciled against the original order.

Applicable taxes may be added at Checkout. The final amount and any tax are shown before payment.

CycleArena may correct fulfillment errors and may update these terms before a future purchase. A terms update does not remove a validly paid entitlement unless the underlying payment is later refunded, reversed, or lost in a dispute.
